Forbidden City is also called Purple Forbidden City .In the feudalsociety ,emperors had supreme power , so this residence was certainly a forbidden place . Purple was the symbolic color of the North Star which was believed to be the center of the coos.So it got the name of Purple Forbidden City.

答：所謂另紙簽證，是指代表使領館的簽證標示，或稱準許入境蓋得章。不顯示的護照上，而是在另一張有新加坡移民局專用的簽證紙上（僅限于旅游團簽證）。

程序：（1）有組團社將游客詳細無誤的有關資料（姓名、性別、出生年月、出生地護照簽發地和簽發時間）列一個表格，先傳到新加坡的地方接待社。2）再有新加波地方接待社為每人填寫一張新加坡移民局的簽證申請表，并加蓋地方接待社的公章后，將申請表格及擔保書（含擔保金）交新加坡移民局。3）新加坡移民局按上述表格，另打一張以旅游者的姓名的英文名拼音26個字母順序排列的正式簽證表，打上準入境的簽證標示或準入境的章，存放在新加坡的移民局的機場窗口。4）待旅游團抵達后，由領隊出示護照及團隊名單后即可領取新加坡移民局簽發的一張全團簽證。（新加坡簽證的有效期21天，在14天內可多次入境）。

7、中國出入境的操作流程及各環節注意事項。

答：1）、領隊應告訴客人遵守中國邊檢及海關規定，不得攜帶違禁品、管制品入境，也不得攜帶未經檢疫的水果入境。2）、凡在《名單表》上的客人，需按《名單表》上的順序排對，依次到邊檢審檢護照，領隊將《名單表》交邊檢官審驗蓋章。3)、未上《名單表》的客人，自行持護照過關。4）、必要時填寫入境檢疫申明卡。

8、外國地區出入境操作流程及各環節注意事項。

1）到達旅游站或目的地后，辦理有關入境手續，通常稱為“過三關”即衛生檢疫、證照查驗，海關檢查2）入境卡及申報單的表卡應事先填妥3）帶團出機場時，從入境邊檢開始，接著取行李至海關檢查，按順序辦理4）領隊如先于團員通過移民關卡，應回頭照顧團員，并請已過關的團員協助接取行李5）待全數入境后，經檢查行李件數無誤。海關要求檢查時，請物主立刻開箱受檢，同時告誡團員切勿離隊。6）當海關檢查完畢即出關與當地接待人員聯絡，并將行李交其負責，然后帶團員等車清點人數。

答：1）護照和機票核對，包括中英文姓名、前往國家。2）機票和行程的核對，包括國際段和國內段行程、日期、航班、間隔時間等。3）護照與名單表的核對，各項一一對應，核對好實際出境旅游的人數與《團隊名單表》一致。4）護照內容核對，包括正文頁與出境卡項目一致，出境卡兩項是否有黃卡，是否與去前往國相符，簽證的有效期、簽證水印及簽字等

10、游客在國外丟失了護照，領隊應如何處理？

1）首先，由當地的導游協助到地方接待社開具護照遺失證明，然后持當地接待社的遺失證明盡快地到就近警察局報案，取得警察機構開具的具有法律效力的報案證明2）持當地警察機構的報案證明和遺失者照片及旅行團的護照資料（即團隊名單表）到中國駐在國的使領館辦理新的護照（或者臨時通行證）3）持取得的新護照或臨時通行證及有關資料到所在國的移民局辦理簽證。辦理上述手續的費用完全由旅游者自理。

11、領隊在境外安排住宿時應掌握哪里工作要點？

1）盡快辦理房間登記手續，記住每位團員的房間號，分房間鑰匙。了解飯店的內部設施（如電梯、餐廳、郵筒地、地下街等）的位置，并告訴團員。2）分鑰匙前宣布領隊、導游房號以及房間電話號碼，告訴集合時間和叫早、早餐、出發時間。3）進房間后，對國內重點客人應親自巡視或者電話詢問房間情況，協助解決有關問題，如有無飲用熱水，潔具等。

4）如有行李，應檢查行李是否已送到客人的房間。

14、辦理行李托運時，領隊應告訴客人什么？
